Terms and Conditions
- A digital copy of the learning materials is included in your course fee. If you prefer a printed copy, you can purchase it from our recommended supplier for an additional fee.
- Public group classes are designed as 30 academic hours per CEFR level. If the group reaches 5-7 students, we will extend the program for another 10 academic hours. If only two students register before the course starts, the group will switch to a semi-private format of 20 academic hours.
- Want to switch to a different group or program? No problem! Just let us know at least 7 days before the course starts.
- All our teachers are native speakers of the target language. If your teacher falls ill or an emergency arises, we will arrange for a substitute teacher who is fully informed about your progress.
- Once you have joined a group, it is not possible to switch to another group or program.
- Please note that once group classes have started, course fees will not be refunded.
- We can record group lectures to watch later, but only if everyone in the class gives their consent before the class starts.
- At the end of each program, you will take a final exam, both written and oral. You will need to score at least 70% to advance to the next CEFR level.
- After completing your final exam, you will receive a progress report, recommendations, and a certificate for your hard work!
