Chapter 1: Meeting for the First Time

• Introduce yourself and greet others
• Respond to yes/no questions
• Use appropriate forms of address
• Write your first Chinese characters

Chapter 2: Name, Nationality, and Age

• Share your name, nationality, and age
• Ask and respond to questions about these topics
• Count from 0 to 99
• Practice polite expressions and say goodbye
• Write more characters

Chapter 3: At a Company Party

• Exchange greetings more formally
• Use time-related phrases
• Learn question words like nǎr (where) and shéi (who)
• Use le for past actions and negate verbs with méiyǒu/méi
• Write more characters and recognize basic signs

Chapter 4: Asking the Time

• Tell and inquire about the time
• Use the verb yǒu (to have) correctly
• Ask yes/no questions in different ways
• Make appointments and apologize
• Recognize and write more characters

Chapter 5: Family and Friends

• Describe your family and ask about others’ families
• Discuss occupations and use the present continuous tense
• Ask after someone’s wellbeing
• Write and recognize additional characters

Chapter 6: The Date and the Weather

• Talk about days, dates, months, and years
• Use time expressions and question words (shénme shíhou, duō jiǔ, háishì)
• Comment on the weather
• Write and recognize more characters

Chapter 7: Asking for Directions

• Ask for and understand directions to destinations
• Distinguish between kàn, kàn jiàn, and kàn de jiàn
• Learn ordinal numbers (first, second, etc.)
• Write and recognize additional characters

Terms and Conditions

• Your course fee includes one digital copy of the learning materials. If you’d prefer a hard copy, you can purchase one from our recommended supplier at an extra cost.
• Public group classes are designed for 30 academic hours per CEFR level. If the group grows to 5-7 students, we’ll extend the program by 10 academic hours. If only two students enroll before the course starts, the group will shift to a semi-private format with 20 academic hours.
• Want to switch to a different group or schedule? No problem! Just let us know at least 7 days before the course starts.
• All our teachers are native speakers of the target language. If your teacher falls ill or has an emergency, we’ll arrange a substitute who’s fully briefed on your progress.
• Once you’ve started with your group, switching to another group or schedule isn’t possible.
• Please note that course fees are non-refundable once the group classes have begun.
• We can record group lessons for later viewing, but only if everyone in the class agrees before the course starts.
• At the end of every program, you’ll take a final exam (both written and verbal). To move up to the next CEFR level, you’ll need to score at least 70%.
• After completing your final exam, you’ll receive a progress report, recommendations, and a certification for your hard work!
