Want to switch to a different group or schedule? No problem! Just let us know at least 7 days before the course starts.
All our teachers are native speakers of the target language. If your teacher falls ill or has an emergency, we’ll arrange a substitute who’s fully briefed on your progress.
Once you’ve started with your group, switching to another group or schedule isn’t possible.
Please note that course fees are non-refundable once the group classes have begun.
We can record group lessons for later viewing, but only if everyone in the class agrees before the course starts.
